Frequently Asked Questions

  • As soon as you have your final date locked in. We receive enquiries ranging from months to years away, the sooner you can get in contact with us the greater the chance that we will be available for your day.

  • We are happy to travel locally, interstate and internationally.

  • Your online gallery will include all of the beautiful photographs from your day ready to view and share with friends and family. You can also download individual photographs or your entire gallery through the secure link.

  • We will send you a link to your online gallery containing your high-resolution images 4 to 6 weeks after your wedding day.

  • Once you confirm that you would like to book us for your wedding day we will require a 20% deposit to lock in the date. We will also send through a contract that can be easily signed online.

  • If you have to cancel your wedding day the retainer is non-refundable, it is however transferable.

  • Final payment is due by your wedding day.

  • We allow 4-6 weeks for editing before we deliver your online gallery.

  • We allow between 12-20 weeks for editing before we deliver your films online ready to download.
